The site manager should provide bins for you. Leeds City Council delivered a stack of bins to the estate for the builders to issue. If yours is missing or damaged, the site office usually has spares — it’s worth asking there first.

New homes can take a while to be added to the collection route - first check your bin day to see if your address is listed. If not, submit your address to be added to the council’s database. They should then email Bin.Deliveries@leeds.gov.uk and copy you in once added, to request you are added to the collection route.
